Mat Steinmetz has worked with some of the best endurance athletes in the world - including Team Sky, Trek-Radioshack & many world champion triathletes. Steinmetz holds a masters degrees in exercise physiology & sports performance from Human Performance Lab at Ball State University. Named one of Inside Triathlon’s 10 Most Influential People, Steinmetz has recently formed 51 Speedshop to offer services to all ranks of athletes with his team of endurance sport experts.

Jonathan Blyer began working as a bike fitter in 2005. Prior to opening his fit studio (ACME Bicycle Co. in Brooklyn, NY), Blyer worked as a bridge engineer and has applied his mechanical background to optimize his fit business. Recognized as one of the top fitters in the New York area, Blyer holds certificates from Retul, F.I.S.T. and the GURU Academy. Blyer is an accomplished athlete, with nearly 10 years of experience racing triathlon.
Colin Tanner

Colin is both a Guru and Retul certified bicycle fitter and co-owner of ACME Bicycle Co. located in Brooklyn, NY. He is also an experienced road racer, cyclocross racer and mountain biker. As a former USA Cycling certified coach and through his work in physical therapy, Colin has a keen understanding about human anatomy and physiology - assets that he brings to each and every fitting. He currently races for NYC team To Be Determined and lives in Brooklyn with his wife Laura, his dog Franklyn and more than a few bicycles.

Ian Murray has been coaching triathlon full time for over 15 years - and is among a select group of USA Triathlon Elite Level Coaches. Murray is the co-owner of Triathlon Training Systems (TTS) - as well as the Head Coach and co-founder the LA Tri Club, comprised of more than 2,000 members. Murray started as a bike fitter in 2002 and is certified by F.I.S.T, where he has taught alongside Dan Empfield since 2011.

Dave Ripley started his career in the aerospace field, working with the Rolls Royce gas turbine engine company to develop a deep understanding of aerodynamic principles. After transitioning to the bike industry, Ripley worked at Zipp for 8 years - specializing in product development and technical training. Ripley now performs bike fits at 51 Speedshop - working with Mat Steinmetz in building their fit services and coaching programs.

Winston Tam has taught multiple fit protocols to bike fitters around the world and is considered to be the lead bike fitting consultant in Asia. Winston is the owner of Friday BikeFit - which has expanded into multiple locations across Asia. He has worked with top-level professional cycling teams and triathletes. Prior to opening Friday BikeFit, Winston was a top level mountain bike racer for over 15 years and is a certified personal Trainer and a nutrition specialist.
Marcelo Rocha

Marcelo has 16 years working with bicycle fitting and has worked with some of the best endurance athletes in Brazil and South America. He holds a degree in Physical Education from the Catholic University of Brasília, Brazil and also a degree in Chinese Traditional Medicine from TAO Institute, Brasília, Brazil. Marcelo was an athlete competing many years in BMX, Triathlon and Road Cycling. He loves bikes and sports, is also a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Has several certifications in bicycle fitting, including FIST, Serotta, Retul, Bikefitting.com and Guru.
